developing low cost, intelligent utility meters for
residential and industrial applications.
Shresta’s single phase meter design uses a highly
integrated SOC that combines a microprocessor core, Real Time
Clock (RTC), FLASH memory and LCD driver. The IC’s patent
pending Single Converter Technology with a 22-bit delta-sigma
ADC, 3 analog inputs, digital temperature compensation,
precision voltage reference and 32-bit computation engine
supports a wide range of residential metering applications
with very few low cost external components.
